At some point your little offspring has outgrown babybay® and needs its own cot. The cot conversion kit is the ingeniously simple and inexpensive solution with which you can easily convert your babybay® into a full-size cot in which your child will feel comfortable for many years to come. The stable slatted frame ensures excellent air circulation at all times.
Due to the unique, patented and infinitely height adjustment, the babybay® lying surface can be adjusted according to your wishes and the age of your child. With the two removable wickets, your child can get up or crawl into bed on its own without having to forego the protection against falling out during the night.
The side rail of the conversion kit can be completely removed from the left or right if required. This means you can continue to use the cot as a bedside sleeper or allow your older child to get in and out of bed comfortably. The babybay® cot is also a great companion in the children's room as a sofa bed.
The babybay® cot conversion kit is tested according to the strict DIN EN 716–1 for cots and is available in different lacquers to match your bedside sleeper. All lacquers are free of harmful substances and solvents, saliva-proof and are tested according to DIN EN 71 part 3.
Due to its solid construction, the children's bed can bear loads of up to 100 kg and can therefore also withstand the load of an adult. It is made completely from natural, antibacterial and antistatic solid beech wood – without compromise, without wood substitutes. The beech wood comes from sustainably managed, native forests.
