With this assurance, we offer you our babybay® manufacturer's warranty extended to 10 years after registering your product.

How does the babybay® warranty work?

Register your babybay® product now quickly and easily by filling out the form here. This will secure you our 10-year babybay® manufacturer's warranty and entitle you to an additional eight years in addition to the statutory warranty of two years.

Validity and scope?

The extended warranty is valid for all Tobi solid wood products registered from October 1, 2024, using our form at: Product registration.

The babybay® warranty includes an extension of the statutory warranty period to 10 years from the date of purchase. The rights under statutory liability for material defects pursuant to Sections 437 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB) remain unaffected by the warranty.

The warranty rights can be asserted with Tobi GmbH & Co. KG. The prerequisite for this is the existence of a material defect within the meaning of Section 434 of the German Civil Code (BGB). In this case, the item will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions of Tobi GmbH & Co. KG (available at GTC) and to the extent permitted by law.
