Shipping Methods & Costs

Germany & Austria: For orders with a value of €99.00 or more, we offer free shipping.
Other Countries & Lower Order Value: Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart and depend on the weight and type of products ordered.
Optional Shipping for Small Parts (Germany): For small and lightweight items, we offer the option of shipping via "Warenbrief" (bulk mail letter) upon request. This shipping method is cheaper but does not include tracking and is only available within Germany. The selection is made directly during the checkout process.
All stated shipping costs include statutory value-added tax.

Delivery Time

Items in stock are typically ready for shipment within one to three working days after payment is received.

Delivery

Shipping is handled by a common shipping service provider in Germany. Larger shipments are delivered by freight carrier. Delivery is made to the curb side.

Due to the package sizes, delivery to Packstations (parcel stations) is currently not possible.
