Ordering process at www.babybay.de

Add products to your wishlist
Once you have found the products you want, you can add them to your wishlist. You can access this list anytime via the heart icon at the top right next to the shopping cart. From there, you can view, print, or move the products directly to your cart – keeping all important information at a glance.

Add products to the shopping cart
Select the quantity, size, and color of the products you want and click "Add to Cart." The product will immediately appear in the pop-up window.

View shopping cart
Click on the shopping cart at the top right to view its contents. All selected products and the total amount, including any applicable shipping costs, will be displayed. You can adjust quantities or remove items and then continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

Proceed to checkout
Once you are satisfied with your shopping cart, proceed to the next step. Log in with your customer account or register as a new customer. Alternatively, you can also place your order as a guest without registration.

Address
Enter your shipping address. Deliveries are currently only made within the EU (not Switzerland or overseas). Different billing and shipping addresses can be specified. Please also provide your email address and phone number so we can contact you if needed and send you the order confirmation.

Payment
All available payment methods can be found on the Payment & Shipping page. All prices shown are final prices, including statutory VAT.

Review & confirm your order
You will receive an overview of all ordered items, including shipping costs, taxes, and the billing and shipping addresses. Please check everything carefully before completing your order.

Order confirmation
After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Invoice
Your invoice will be sent to you digitally via email. The delivery note is included in the package.

Shipping
Shipping times can be found in the respective product information. After payment has been received, the goods will be handed over to our shipping provider as quickly as possible. For more information about shipping methods and costs, please visit the Payment & Shipping page.
