Shipping Methods & Shipping Costs

Germany & Austria: We offer free shipping for orders with a value of €99.00 or more.
Other countries & lower order values: Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart and depend on the weight and type of products ordered.
Optional shipping for small items (Germany): For small and lightweight items, we offer shipping by mail on request. This shipping option is less expensive, but does not include tracking and is only available within Germany. It can be selected directly during the checkout process.
All stated shipping costs include the applicable statutory VAT.

Shipping by Freight Carrier

Large and bulky items are delivered by freight carrier. You will be notified during the checkout process when delivery by freight carrier applies.

Delivery Process

After the goods have been handed over to the freight carrier, the recipient will be contacted to arrange a delivery date.
Delivery is made curbside. This means that the goods will be made available at the nearest publicly accessible point to the delivery address. Transport onto the property, into the building or into the apartment is not included in the delivery.
The goods are delivered on a pallet.
Pallets, packaging materials and other transport aids are not collected by the freight carrier and must be disposed of properly by the recipient.

Please ensure that the telephone number provided can be reached for delivery scheduling.
Please inspect the goods for visible transport damage upon delivery. Any damage should be recorded with the driver immediately and subsequently reported to us.
Please ensure that the delivery address is accessible to a truck and that sufficient space is available for unloading.

Delivery Time

Items in stock are generally ready for dispatch within one to three business days after payment has been received.

Delivery

Shipping is carried out by a standard shipping service provider in Germany. Larger shipments are delivered by freight carrier. Delivery is made curbside.

Due to the dimensions of the parcels, delivery to Packstations is currently not possible.
